3 days in Awaji-shima Itinerary

Most trips to Awaji remain fairly brief stop-offs on the expressway between Honshu and Shikoku.

You'll find plenty of places to visit near Awaji: Minamiawaji (Onokorojima Shrine, Keino Matsubara Beach, &more). Osaka to Awaji is an approximately 1-hour car ride. You can also take a bus; or do a combination of train and bus. In June, daytime highs in Awaji are 30°C, while nighttime lows are 22°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 18th (Thu) to allow time to drive back home.
