— 28 nights
One of east Asia's major cultural and financial centers, Seoul boasts five World Heritage Sites and a huge selection of museums, temples, shrines, palaces, parks, gardens, and glass-and-steel skyscrapers.
You'll find plenty of places to visit near Seoul: Gwangneung Royal Tombs (in Namyangju), Paju (DMZ Haemaru Village, The Third Tunnel, &more) and Korea National Arboretum (in Pocheon). Pack the 23rd (Wed) with family-friendly diversions at Lotte World. Spend the 4th (Sun) exploring nature at Bukhansan National Park. There's lots more to do: get engrossed in the history at Gyeongbokgung Palace, get great views at N Seoul Tower, contemplate the waterfront views at Cheonggyecheon Stream, and head off the coast to Nami Island.
