Dominated by the world's tallest, Sagarmatha National Park is renowned for its carefully preserved natural heritage as well as the cultural and religious importance of its Buddhist monasteries and traditional Sherpa settlements.
You'll find plenty of places to visit near Sagarmatha National Park: Sagarmatha National Park Museum (in Namche Bazaar), Memorial to Scott Fischer (in Khumjung) and Tengboche Gompa (in Tengboche).
