Located on both banks of the Mississippi River, Minneapolis salutes the state's love of the outdoors with numerous lakes, wetlands, creeks, and waterfalls--many connected to one another by a national scenic byway great for sightseeing.
Get some historical perspective at Cathedral of Saint Paul and Landmark Center. Do some cultural sightseeing at Minneapolis Institute of Art and The Museum of Russian Art. Venture out of the city with trips to LeDuc Historic Estate (in Hastings) and Watt Munisotaram (in Hampton). The northernmost island of the Florida Keys, Key Largo provides stunning scenery, a number of watersports opportunities, and plenty of areas to relax on vacation.
