Visit Solcava to discover a region near the Austrian border where a drive down a panoramic road delivers some of the best views in Europe.

Traveling by train from Tolmin to Bled takes 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a bus. Traveling from Tolmin in February, things will get little chillier in Bled: highs are around 5°C and lows about -3°C. Wrap up your sightseeing by early afternoon on the 28th (Sun) to allow time for travel back home.
