Called the "White City" thanks to the color of its World Heritage-listed architectural landmarks, Tel Aviv serves as Israel's modern and cosmopolitan second city.
Take a break from the city and head to Acadia Beach and Frishman Beach. You'll enjoy a bit of beach vacationing at Bograshov Beach and Mezitzim Beach. Spend the 31st (Wed) exploring nature at Ramat Gan National Park. Dedicate the 3rd (Sat) to wine at some of the top wineries in the area. There's still lots to do: enjoy the sand and surf at Jerusalem Beach, see the interesting displays at Joseph Bau House, make a trip to Tayelet, and partake in some friendly competition at Escape City.

Rehovot is a city in the Central District of Israel, about 20km south of Tel Aviv. Start off your visit on the 21st (Wed): stop by Zephaniah Barzilai.
