The time zone difference moving from Israel Standard Time to Japan Standard Time is 7 hours. Plan for a bit cooler temperatures traveling from Tel Aviv in September, with highs in Tokyo at 32°C and lows at 24°C. You will have some time to spend on the 5th (Sat) before leaving for Matsumoto.
