Tel Aviv, Israel to Hiroshima is an approximately 17-hour combination of flight and train. You can also fly. Traveling from Tel Aviv to Hiroshima, you'll lose 7 hours due to the time zone difference. Traveling from Tel Aviv in March, expect Hiroshima to be little chillier, temps between 16°C and 6°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 27th (Fri) to allow enough time to take a train to Himeji.

The castle around which the city of Himeji has developed represents one of the best preserved in the country, and has been designated as a national treasure and a World Heritage Site.
Change things up with these side-trips from Himeji: Mt. Kuma (in Bizen) and Okayama Korakuen Garden (in Okayama). There's lots more to do: make a trip to Himeji Castle, take in the awesome beauty at Mt. Takamikura, take in the spiritual surroundings of Yoneda Taishiji Temple, and trek along Mt Shosha hiking.

Traveling by train from Hiroshima to Himeji takes an hour. Alternatively, you can drive; or do a combination of bus and train. March in Himeji sees daily highs of 14°C and lows of 7°C at night. Cap off your sightseeing on the 30th (Mon) early enough to catch the train to Kyoto.

The national capital for over a thousand years, Kyoto retains much of the charm of old Japan, boasting numerous temples and shrines that seem completely untouched by the modern world.
Venture out of the city with trips to Osaka (Osaka Castle, Dotonbori, & more) and Universal Studios Japan (in Konohana). And it doesn't end there: contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Kiyomizu-dera Temple, contemplate the long history of Fushimi Inari-taisha Shrine, take a stroll through Gion, and make a trip to Heian Shrine.

You can take a train from Himeji to Kyoto in an hour. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a bus. In March, daily temperatures in Kyoto can reach 16°C, while at night they dip to 5°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 5th (Sun) early enough to take a train to Kanazawa.

You can take a train from Kyoto to Kanazawa in 2.5 hours. Other options are to drive; or take a bus. Traveling from Kyoto in April, you can expect nighttime temperatures to be a bit cooler in Kanazawa, with lows of 8°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 9th (Thu) so you can catch the train to Tokyo.
