Maidstone is a large, historically important town in Kent, England, of which it is the county town. Venture out of the city with trips to Creek Creative Studios (in Faversham), St. Mary's Chilham (in Chilham) and The Hawking Centre (in Doddington). You'll find plenty of places to visit near Deal: Hythe (St Leonards Church & Crypt of St. Leonard), Folkestone (Eurotunnel Le Shuttle, Step Short Centenary Arch, &more) and Alpaca Annie (in Burmarsh).
