Getting from Amsterdam to Sapporo by flight takes about 18 hours. The time zone changes from Central European Standard Time to Japan Standard Time, which is usually an 8 hour difference. Prepare for little chillier weather when traveling from Amsterdam in December: high temperatures in Sapporo hover around 32°F and lows are around 28°F.
