Famous for its abundance of 16th-century architecture designed by Andrea Palladio, Vicenza was coined the City of Palladio.
MUSE - Museo delle Scienze and MUSME - Museum of the History of Medicine of Padova will appeal to museum buffs. Deepen your sense of the past at sights like Scrovegni Chapel and Castel Thun. Change things up with these side-trips from Vicenza: Valdobbiadene (PDC Cartizze & Cantina San Gregorio), 32 Via dei birrai (in Pederobba) and Sacrario di Cima Grappa (in Borso del Grappa).
