Step out of Bukhara with an excursion to Gijduvan ceramics of The Narzullaevs in Gijduvan--about 48 minutes away. There's still lots to do: take some stellar pictures from Great Minaret of the Kalon, get engrossed in the history at Palace of Moon-like Stars (Sitorai-Mokhi-Khosa), make a trip to Moschea Bolo-khauz, and take in the architecture and atmosphere at Poi Kalyan Mosque.
