Vibrant and noisy, London is one of the world’s leading cities, an international capital of culture, education, fashion, music, finance, trade, and politics.
Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Dover Castle and RHS Garden Wisley. Get out of town with these interesting London side-trips: Walmer Castle and Gardens (in Walmer), The Big Cat Sanctuary (in Smarden) and Richborough Roman Fort and Amphitheatre (in Sandwich).
