Medina, Saudi Arabia to Cusco is an approximately 32-hour flight. Due to the time zone difference, you'll gain 8 hours traveling from Medina to Cusco. Traveling from Medina in January, things will get slightly colder in Cusco: highs are around 22°C and lows about 9°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 9th (Thu) to allow enough time to travel to Machu Picchu.

On the 13th (Mon), step off the mainland to explore Uros Floating Islands, then take some stellar pictures from Mirador Ing. Eduardo Sanchez, and then head off the coast to Taquile Island. On the 14th (Tue), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: race across the water with a speed boat tour, contemplate the waterfront views at Lake Titicaca, and then pause for some photo ops at Arco Deustua.
