Often referred to as the gem of the Amalfi Coast, Positano remains one of southern Italy's most sought-after vacation locales, thanks to its hillside location and picturesque, pastel buildings.
Get in touch with nature at Lido di Ravello and Fornillo. For shopping fun, head to Ceramiche D'Arte Pascal or Miniaci Art Gallery. When in Positano, make a side trip to see Valle delle Ferriere in Amalfi, approximately Amalfi away. There's much more to do: kick back and relax at Spiaggia Grande, cast your line with a fishing tour, stroll through Valle dei Mulini, and head outdoors with I Suoni degli Dei - Pelagos.

Cork, Ireland to Positano is an approximately 9.5-hour flight. You can also do a combination of car and ferry; or take a bus. The time zone difference moving from Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) to Central European Standard Time (CET) is 1 hour. Take a break from the city and head to Spiaggia di castiglione and Spiaggia di Marina d'Albori. Shop till you drop at Sol’Art Ceramiche and Made In Salerno. Traveling by car from Positano to Salerno takes 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can ride a ferry; or do a combination of taxi and train. Virtually unchanged for the last six centuries, Venice is actually a group of islands made famous by a series of canals, bridges, monuments, piazzas, and narrow pedestrian lanes.
For shopping fun, head to Vitturi Angelo or Mercati di Rialto. Visiting Canal Grande and Circolo Golf Venezia will get you outdoors. Step out of Venice to go to Valdobbiadene and see Cantina San Gregorio, which is approximately 1h 15 min away.
