Tel Aviv, Israel to San Jose is an approximately 21-hour flight. You can also do a combination of flight and bus. The time zone changes from Israel Standard Time (IST) to Central Standard Time (CST), which is usually a -8 hour difference. Traveling from Tel Aviv in January, expect San Jose to be somewhat warmer, temps between 30°C and 21°C.
