In many ways much more Asian than American, Honolulu is Hawaii's largest city and its center of government, transportation, commerce, and tourism.
Step off the beaten path and head to Koko Crater Railway Trail and Shark Diving. Your itinerary includes some good beach time at Kailua Beach Park and Lanikai Beach. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Honolulu: Swim with Dolphins (in Waianae) and Lanikai Pillboxes (in Kailua). There's still lots to do: stroll the grounds of USS Arizona Memorial, admire all the interesting features of Makapuu Lighthouse Trail, and get great views at Puu Ualakaa State Park.

Atlanta to Honolulu is an approximately 10.5-hour flight. The time zone difference moving from Eastern Standard Time (EST) to Hawaii Standard Time (HST) is minus 5 hours. In April, Honolulu is somewhat warmer than Atlanta - with highs of 83°F and lows of 71°F. Cap off your sightseeing on the 11th (Sat) early enough to travel to Lahaina.

Once the booming capital of the Hawaiian Kingdom, the tropical paradise of Lahaina still remains one of Maui's top vacation attractions, providing both culture and recreation.
You'll enjoy a bit of beach vacationing at Ho'okipa Beach Park and Wailea Beach Path. Discover out-of-the-way places like Keawakapu Beach and River Rafting & Tubing. Explore Lahaina's surroundings by going to Kamaole Beach Park I (in Kihei) and Polo Beach (in Wailea). Key West

Located just 140 km (90 mi) from Cuba, Key West is an island only about 6.4 km (4 mi) long and 1.6 km (1 mi) wide.
You'll enjoy a bit of beach vacationing at Fort Zachary Taylor and Smathers Beach. Your inner history buff will appreciate Saint Mary Star of the Sea and St. Paul's Episcopal Church. And it doesn't end there: get up close to creatures of the deep with a dolphin and whale watching tour, find your balance on the water with some of the best stand-up paddleboarding in the area, take a tour by water with Boat Tours & Water Sports, and brush up on your military savvy at U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Ingham Maritime Museum.

A tiny city just 16 km (10 mi) long, Marathon is spread across several islands in the middle of the Florida Keys.
Start off your visit on the 19th (Sun): see what you can catch with a fishing tour, thenidentify plant and animal life at The Turtle Hospital, thensee some colorful creatures with a scuba or snorkeling tour, and finally kick back and relax at Bahia Honda State Park.
