A city of rich Moorish heritage, Seville is the cultural and financial center of southern Spain, and the site of numerous festivals throughout the year.
Catedral de Sevilla and Barrio Santa Cruz are good opportunities to explore the local culture. Deepen your sense of the past at sights like Royal Alcázar of Seville and Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza. There's much more to do: admire the landmark architecture of Plaza de España, admire the masterpieces at Museum of Fine Arts, Sevilla, take in the exciting artwork at Un Gato en Bicicleta, and get a taste of the local shopping with Delimbo.

Buenos Aires, Argentina to Seville is an approximately 18.5-hour flight. You can also do a combination of flight and train; or do a combination of ferry and flight. Due to the time zone difference, you'll lose 4 hours traveling from Buenos Aires to Seville. Traveling from Buenos Aires in October, expect nights in Seville to be about the same, around 19°C, while days are a bit warmer, around 30°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 24th (Thu) to allow enough time to take a bus to Ronda.

Renowned for its deep gorge, the quaint, whitewashed village of Ronda has preserved its charm as an Andalusian country village.
Shop till you drop at Bodegas Cortijo Morosanto and Scott Simpson Fine Art. Get a sense of the local culture at Bodega Garcia Hidalgo and La Ciudad. When in Ronda, make a side trip to see Lobo Park in Antequera, approximately 1h 20 min away. There's still lots to do: explore by horseback at Paddock Paradise Ronda, take in the views from Puente Viejo, take a stroll through Old City, and explore the striking landscape at El Tajo de Ronda.

You can take a bus from Seville to Ronda in 2 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a train. In October, plan for daily highs up to 30°C, and evening lows to 17°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 27th (Sun) early enough to go by car to Nerja.

Nerja

Nerja is a municipality on the Costa del Sol in the province of Málaga in the autonomous community of Andalusia in southern Spain. We've included these beaches for you: Playa El Salon and Playa del Molino de Papel. Get in touch with nature at Playa de la Alberquilla and Playa Torrecilla. When in Nerja, make a side trip to see El Torcal Natural Park in Antequera, approximately 1h 30 min away. Next up on the itinerary: identify plant and animal life at Nerja Donkey Sanctuary.

You can drive from Ronda to Nerja in 2.5 hours. Other options are to take a bus; or do a combination of train and bus. In October, daily temperatures in Nerja can reach 29°C, while at night they dip to 14°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 30th (Wed) early enough to travel to Ibiza Town.

As the island’s largest city and most-visited site, Ibiza is famous for its electric nightlife and lively Mediterranean culture.
On the 31st (Thu), kick back and relax at Cala d'Aubarca, then enjoy the sand and surf at Cala Moli, and then enjoy the sand and surf at Platja de ses Salines. Keep things going the next day: take in the architecture and atmosphere at Ibiza Cathedral, then explore the historical opulence of Castle of Ibiza, then look for gifts at Las Dalias Hippy Market, and finally stroll through Cala S'Illot des Rencli.

You can do a combination of bus and flight from Nerja to Ibiza Town in 5.5 hours. Other options are to do a combination of car and ferry; or do a combination of bus and ferry. Traveling from Nerja in October, plan for a bit warmer nights in Ibiza Town, with lows around 20°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 1st (Fri) to allow time to travel to Barcelona.

For shopping fun, head to La Boqueria or Passeig de Gracia. Satisfy your inner culture vulture at El Barri Gòtic and Basilica of the Sagrada Familia. Spend the 4th (Mon) among aquatic life with a scuba or snorkeling tour. There's still lots to do: walk around Parc Guell, view the masterpieces at MACBA- Museo de Arte Moderno de Barcelona, pause for some serene contemplation at Barcelona Cathedral, and tour the pleasant surroundings at Barceloneta Beach.

Fly from Ibiza Town to Barcelona in 3 hours. Alternatively, you can ride a ferry; or do a combination of ferry and bus. Expect little chillier evenings in Barcelona when traveling from Ibiza Town in November, with lows around 11°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 5th (Tue) so you can catch the train to Madrid.

Getting from Barcelona to Madrid by train takes about 3 hours. Other options: fly; or drive. Plan for a bit cooler temperatures traveling from Barcelona in November, with highs in Madrid at 17°C and lows at 6°C. You will have some time to spend on the 10th (Sun) before leaving for home.
