Naples is the capital of the Italian region Campania and the third-largest municipality in Italy after Rome and Milan. Museo Cappella Sansevero and Via Caracciolo e Lungomare di Napoli will appeal to history buffs. Head to Sol’Art Ceramiche and Made In Salernofor plenty of shopping. Best known for its celebrated terraced gardens, Ravello is a hidden gem of Italy's Amalfi Coast.
Relax by the water at Lido di Ravello and Lido Capo di Conca. Your inner history buff will appreciate Villa Cimbrone Gardens and Duomo di Ravello. Venture out of the city with trips to Spiaggia Lannio (in Cetara) and Positano (Il Sentiero Degli Dei, Fornillo, &more).

Traveling by car from Naples to Ravello takes 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of subway and taxi; or take a bus. Traveling from Naples in June, you can expect nighttime temperatures to be a bit warmer in Ravello, with lows of 26°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 6th (Mon) to allow time to drive to Paestum.
