You can drive from Ulcinj to Kotor in 2 hours. Another option is to take a bus. Traveling from Ulcinj in August, expect little chillier with lows of 20°C in Kotor. Finish your sightseeing early on the 17th (Tue) to allow enough time to drive to Žabljak.

Žabljak

A trip to Zabljak takes you to the north of the country, a mountainous region that's as steeped in great scenery and views as it is in history and culture.
