Start off your visit on the 1st (Mon): see the interesting displays at Ca' Rezzonico, steep yourself in history at Peggy Guggenheim Collection, then take in the views from Ponte di Rialto, and finally contemplate the waterfront views at Canal Grande. Here are some ideas for day two: admire the striking features of St Mark's Campanile, steep yourself in history at Doge's Palace, then get to know the fascinating history of St. Mark's Square, and finally make a trip to Basilica di San Marco.
