Naples is the capital of the Italian region Campania and the third-largest municipality in Italy after Rome and Milan. You'll discover tucked-away gems like Underground Naples and Lungomare Caracciolo. Your inner history buff will appreciate Pompeii Archaeological Park and Galleria Borbonica. Get out of town with these interesting Naples side-trips: Duomo di Sant'Andrea (in Amalfi), Le Vigne di Raito (in Vietri sul Mare) and Villa Cimbrone Gardens (in Ravello).
