Known as "Hollywood North," Vancouver boasts one of the largest film/television industries in the world, second only to Los Angeles and New York.
Take a break from the city and head to Granville Island and Brandywine Falls Provincial Park. Your inner history buff will appreciate Britannia Mine Museum and Gulf of Georgia Cannery National Historic Site. Step out of Vancouver to go to Squamish and see Stawamus Chief Park, which is approximately 1h 5 min away. There's still lots to do: get interesting insight from Tours, stroll through Kitsilano Beach, admire the natural beauty at Nitobe Memorial Garden, and take in the exciting artwork at Granville Island Gallery.

The capital, and indeed only city of Canada's northwest Yukon region has a reputation for its clean air, with one survey ranking it as the city with the lowest air pollution in the world.
On the 3rd (Sun), explore the striking landscape at Miles Canyon, pause for some photo ops at "The Whitehorse Horse", then identify plant and animal life at Yukon Wildlife Preserve, and finally take in the natural beauty of Takhini Hot Pools. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the 4th (Mon): kick back and relax at Bennett Beach, steep yourself in history at Carcross Railway Station, and then stop by Matthew Watson General Store.
