Start off your visit on the 7th (Tue): admire nature's wide array of creatures at Marineland. Traveling by train from Florence to Rome takes 2 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or do a combination of flight and train. In August in Rome, expect temperatures between 90°F during the day and 68°F at night. Cap off your sightseeing on the 15th (Wed) early enough to go by car to Positano.
