You can fly from Pakse to Luang Prabang in 6 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a bus. Expect a bit cooler evenings in Luang Prabang when traveling from Pakse in March, with lows around 21°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 14th (Sat) to allow enough time to travel back home.
