A trip to Fukuyama, a riverside city known for its fragrant roses, is not complete without a visit to its main attraction, a quaint port village lined with old wooden houses and fishing boats.
Sensui Island has been added to your itinerary. On the 10th (Mon), take in the spiritual surroundings of Fukuzen-ji Temple, take in the spiritual surroundings of Tomo no Ura, then step off the mainland to explore Sensui Island, and finally kick back and relax at Sensui Island Camping Site. On the 11th (Tue), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: explore the historical opulence of Fukuyama Castle, then admire the masterpieces at Ohara Museum of Art, then appreciate the extensive heritage of Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter, and finally make a trip to Kurashiki Ivy Square.
