Satisfy your inner culture vulture at Glenfinnan Viaduct and Ruthven Barracks. Visiting Glencoe Lochan and Nevis Range Mountain Resort will get you outdoors. Venture out of the city with trips to Ardverikie Estate (in Newtonmore), Glenfinnan Church (in Glenfinnan) and Eilean Donan Castle (in Kyle of Lochalsh). On the 28th (Tue), identify plant and animal life at Titchfield Haven National Nature Reserve, then examine the collection at HMS Alliance Submarine, and then learn about all things military at Royal Marines Museum.
