Cluj-Napoca, Romania to Tallinn is an approximately 8.5-hour flight. You can also do a combination of bus and flight; or drive. While traveling from Cluj-Napoca, expect a bit cooler days and about the same nights in Tallinn, ranging from highs of 19°C to lows of 9°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 6th (Fri) so you can take a train to Tartu.

One of the oldest cities in the Baltic region, Tartu boasts heaps of cultural attractions, a quaint Old Town, and bustling main square.
On the 7th (Sat), ponder the design of The Kissing Students fountain, take a stroll through Tartu Old City, and then see the sky in a new way at AHHAA Science Centre. Keep things going the next day: admire the natural beauty at Tartu University Botanical Garden, then contemplate the long history of Tartu Town Hall Square, then take in the waterfront at Lake Tamula Promenade, and finally take in the spiritual surroundings of St. John's Church.

Traveling by train from Tallinn to Tartu takes 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a bus. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 8th (Sun) early enough to drive to Riga.

You've now added Church of St. Theresa to your itinerary. Go for a jaunt from Vilnius to Trakai to see Trakai Island Castle Museum about 36 minutes away.
