Tokyo holds the status of most populous metropolitan area in the world--a fact you'll find tangible as you walk the bustling streets and explore its diverse neighborhoods and cultures.
Start off your visit on the 29th (Sun): wander the streets of Odaiba and then take in the spiritual surroundings of Sensō-ji. On the 30th (Mon), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: admire the natural beauty at Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, take a stroll through Takeshita Street, then get a sense of history and politics at Tokyo Metropolitan Government Buildings, and finally wander the streets of Ginza.

Jerusalem, Israel to Tokyo is an approximately 17.5-hour flight. You can also do a combination of flight and train. The time zone difference moving from Israel Standard Time (IST) to Japan Standard Time (JST) is 7 hours. In March, Tokyo is a bit cooler than Jerusalem - with highs of 17°C and lows of 7°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 30th (Mon) so you can travel to Kyoto.

The national capital for over a thousand years, Kyoto retains much of the charm of old Japan, boasting numerous temples and shrines that seem completely untouched by the modern world.
Step off the beaten path and head to Toji and Chion-in Temple. Get some historical perspective at Nijo Castle and Fushimi Inari-taisha Shrine. Step out of Kyoto with an excursion to Dotonbori in Osaka--about 1h 10 min away. There's lots more to do: contemplate the long history of Kiyomizu-dera Temple, contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Kinkaku-ji, and take a stroll through Gion.

Traveling by train from Tokyo to Kyoto takes 3 hours. Alternatively, you can fly; or drive. Expect a daytime high around 16°C in March, and nighttime lows around 5°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 2nd (Thu) early enough to go by car to Nachikatsura-cho.

Traveling from Kyoto in April, you can expect nighttime temperatures to be somewhat warmer in Nachikatsura-cho, with lows of 17°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 4th (Sat) early enough to travel to Onna-son.

Located on the coast in the middle of the island, Onna-son has become known for its beaches and seaside economy.

When traveling from Nachikatsura-cho in April, plan for a bit warmer days in Onna-son, with highs around 28°C, while nights are about the same with lows around 20°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 7th (Tue) to allow time to travel to Miyakojima.

A city jurisdiction formed after the merger of several towns in 2005, Miyakojima spans six linked-up islands.
