Traveling by train from Kanazawa to Kyoto takes 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a bus. Expect a daytime high around 67°F in April, and nighttime lows around 50°F. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 25th (Sun) so you can go by car to Nachikatsura-cho.

Plan for somewhat warmer nights when traveling from Kyoto in April since evenings lows in Nachikatsura-cho dip to 58°F. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 27th (Tue) early enough to travel to Miyakojima.

You can do a combination of train and flight from Nachikatsura-cho to Miyakojima in 7.5 hours. Another option is to do a combination of train, bus, and flight. Plan for somewhat warmer temperatures traveling from Nachikatsura-cho in April, with highs in Miyakojima at 77°F and lows at 68°F. Finish your sightseeing early on the 30th (Fri) to allow enough time to travel to Ishigaki.

You can do a combination of flight and train from Ishigaki to Hiroshima in 5.5 hours. Another option is to fly. In May, Hiroshima is slightly colder than Ishigaki - with highs of 75°F and lows of 60°F. You will have some time to spend on the 5th (Wed) before leaving for home.
