Kick off your visit on the 15th (Sun): take your sightseeing to a higher altitude at Alcock Tarn, see the interesting displays at Dove Cottage, then look for gifts at The Grasmere Gingerbread Shop, and finally don't miss a visit to Allan Bank. Explore Durness' surroundings by going to Sandwood Bay Beach (in Kinlochbervie), Achmelvich Beach (in Lochinver) and Scourie Bay (in Scourie).
