A physical and cultural bridge between Europe and Asia, the transcontinental city of Istanbul serves as a living reminder of the Roman, Byzantine, and Ottoman empires.
We've included these beaches for you: Aqua Beach and Silivri Sahili. Sultan Ahmed Mosque and Basilica Cistern will appeal to history buffs. There's much more to do: get engrossed in the history at Hagia Sophia Museum, stroll through Buyukcekmece Sahili, contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Cinili Mosque, and steep yourself in history at Galata Tower.

Dammam, Saudi Arabia to Istanbul is an approximately 8-hour flight. Expect much colder weather when traveling from Dammam in July: highs in Istanbul hover around 34°C, while lows dip to 23°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 22nd (Wed) so you can travel to Selcuk.

An ideal base camp for exploring the Aegean coastline, Selcuk draws big tourist crowds due to its proximity to the ancient city of Ephesus.
Ancient City of Ephesus and Bibliotheque de Celsus will appeal to history buffs. The adventure continues: explore the ancient world of Ephesus Terrace Houses, make a trip to Curetes Street, pause for some serene contemplation at Meryemana (The Virgin Mary's House), and stop by La Tulip Art Gallery.

You can fly from Istanbul to Selcuk in 5.5 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or do a combination of ferry and bus. While traveling from Istanbul, expect a bit warmer days and about the same nights in Selcuk, ranging from highs of 41°C to lows of 25°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 25th (Sat) so you can travel to Palamutbuku.

Famous for its big lagoon, Oludeniz acts like a magnet for mass tourism, featuring some of the most photographed beaches on the Mediterranean.
On the 28th (Tue), enjoy the sand and surf at Patara Plajı and then tour the pleasant surroundings at Oludeniz PlajI. Keep things going the next day: contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Dalyan Cami and then kick back and relax at Iztuzu Beach 2.
