Getting from Ishigaki to Hiroshima by combination of flight and train takes about 6 hours. Other options: fly. Traveling from Ishigaki in June, things will get a bit cooler in Hiroshima: highs are around 30°C and lows about 23°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 5th (Fri) early enough to take a train to Kyoto.

Take a train from Hiroshima to Kyoto in 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a bus. In June, plan for daily highs up to 32°C, and evening lows to 22°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 8th (Mon) early enough to go by car to Kanazawa.
