Explore Florence's surroundings by going to Le mura di Lucca (in Lucca), Portovenere (in Porto Venere) and Piazza Maggiore (in Bologna). There's much more to do: explore the galleries of Museo Nazionale del Bargello, take in the spiritual surroundings of Battistero, appreciate the history behind Ercole e Caco, and take in panoramic vistas at Torre dei Ricci.
