Pearl of the Black Sea

Though most famous for the Potemkin Steps leading down the Black Sea coast, Odessa welcomes visitors with several other attractions, including beaches and an ornate opera house.
Start off your visit on the 11th (Mon): walk around City Garden, don't miss a visit to Passage, then identify plant and animal life at Ukraine by Locals, then make a trip to Deribasovskaya Street, and finally see the interesting displays at Insomnia- The Haunted House. Keep things going the next day: examine the collection at Secrets of Underground Odessa Museum, appreciate the history behind Monument to the 12th Chair, then make a trip to Teatralnaya Square, then make a trip to Primorsky Boulevard, and finally make a trip to Potemkin Stairs.

Jeddah, Saudi Arabia to Odessa is an approximately 11-hour flight. You can also drive; or do a combination of ferry and car.
