Known as one of the greatest small cities in the world, Amsterdam charms visitors with its cool and cozy atmosphere.
Step off the beaten path and head to Zaanse Schans and The Jordaan. Let the collections at Van Gogh Museum and Museum Het Rembrandthuis (Rembrandt House) capture your imagination. Change things up with these side-trips from Amsterdam: The Mauritshuis Royal Picture Gallery (in The Hague) and Frans Hals Museum (in Haarlem). Sao Paulo, Brazil to Amsterdam is an approximately 15-hour flight. You can also do a combination of flight and train. You'll lose 4 hours traveling from Sao Paulo to Amsterdam due to the time zone difference. In April, Amsterdam is much colder than Sao Paulo - with highs of 15°C and lows of 5°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 15th (Wed) early enough to travel to Wurzburg.

Get some cultural insight at Vieille Ville and Frankoniabrunnen. Discover out-of-the-way places like Town Walls and Marienburg Fortress.
