Traveling from Lucerne in October, things will get little chillier in St. Moritz: highs are around 13°C and lows about 4°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 4th (Fri) to allow enough time to drive to Interlaken.

Nestled between Lake Thun and Lake Brienz in the heart of the Jungfrau region, Interlaken became popular for its proximity to the mountains and lakes of the Bernese Oberland region.

Drive from St. Moritz to Interlaken in 4 hours. Alternatively, you can take a train; or take a bus. In October, plan for daily highs up to 16°C, and evening lows to 6°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 8th (Tue) to allow enough time to take a train to Zermatt.
