Best known as home the Matterhorn mountain, Zermatt serves as a chic ski resort town of the Swiss Alps.
Visit Mountaineers' Cemetery and Kapelle Schwarzsee "Maria zum Schnee" for their historical value. Get outdoors at The Matterhorn and Murmelweg Wanderung. Step out of Zermatt with an excursion to Harderkulm in Interlaken--about 2h 45 min away. Saint-Maurice, or Saint-Maurice d'Agaune, is a small city located in the canton of Valais in Switzerland. Start off your visit on the 27th (Fri): step into the grandiose world of Gruyeres Castle, then step into the grandiose world of Chateau de Chillon, then take in the spiritual surroundings of Abbaye de Saint-Maurice d'Agaune, and finally take in the spiritual surroundings of Valere Basilica. Saas-Fee is the main village in the Saastal, or the Saas Valley, and is a municipality in the district of Visp in the canton of Valais in Switzerland. Escape the urban bustle at Trümmelbachfälle and Staubbach Waterfall. Venture out of the city with trips to Interlaken (Speed Boats Tours, Parasailing & Paragliding, &more) and Lauterbrunnen Valley Waterfalls (in Lauterbrunnen).
