Naples is the capital of the Italian region Campania and the third-largest municipality in Italy after Rome and Milan. You'll get in some beach time at Lido Mec and Bagno Franco. Step out of the city life by going to Lido Girasole and Marina Di Vietri. Change things up with these side-trips from Naples: Lupanar (in Pompeii), Salerno (Libreria Antiquaria Vecchi Libri, Lido Eureka, &more) and Paestum (Paestum Ruins & Parrocchia Ss. Annunziata). Often referred to as the gem of the Amalfi Coast, Positano remains one of southern Italy's most sought-after vacation locales, thanks to its hillside location and picturesque, pastel buildings.
Give yourself a bit of retail therapy at Nana' Positano and Villa Fiorentino. You'll get in some beach time at Fornillo and Marina di Praia Beach. Maiori is a town and comune on the Amalfi coast in the province of Salerno . Give yourself a bit of retail therapy at Ceramiche d'Arte Carmela and Petit Prince Art Gallery. Popular historic sites such as Duomo di Sant'Andrea and Castello di San Nicola de Thoro-Plano are in your itinerary. Take a break from Maiori with a short trip to Villa Cimbrone Gardens in Ravello, about 32 minutes away. The adventure continues: stroll through Spiaggia di castiglione, do a tasting at Le Vigne di Raito, admire the striking features of Villa Rufolo, and look for gifts at Sol’Art Ceramiche.
