Traveling by train from Paris to Zurich takes 4.5 hours. Alternatively, you can fly; or do a combination of flight, bus, and train; or drive. In July, plan for daily highs up to 30°C, and evening lows to 17°C. On the 22nd (Mon), you'll have the morning to explore before heading off to Engelberg.

You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Titlis and Brunni-Bahnen Engelberg AG. Change things up with these side-trips from Engelberg: Cascate di Santa Petronilla (in Biasca), Lungernersee (in Lungern) and Chiesa di San Nicolao (in Giornico). There's still lots to do: take in the views from Titlis Cliff Walk, head outdoors with Seilpark Engelberg, grab your bike and head to Bike n roll, and don't miss a visit to Kloster Engelberg - Benediktinerabtei.

Drive from Zurich to Engelberg in 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a train; or do a combination of bus and train. In July, daytime highs in Engelberg are 30°C, while nighttime lows are 16°C. On the 28th (Sun), wrap the sightseeing up by early afternoon so you can drive to Zermatt.
