Renowned for its sandy coast lined with mangroves and palm trees, Nungwi offers visitors a variety of restaurants, bars, and accommodations.
Take a break from the city and head to Nungwi Beach and Mnarani Marine Turtles Conservation Pond. Your itinerary includes some good beach time at Kendwa Beach and Matemwe Beach. In August, daily temperatures in Nungwi can reach 34°C, while at night they dip to 26°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 17th (Tue) so you can fly to Pemba Island.
