Ipoh, Malaysia to Tokyo is an approximately 11.5-hour flight. You can also do a combination of flight and train; or do a combination of car and ferry. Due to the time zone difference, you'll lose 1 hour traveling from Ipoh to Tokyo. Traveling from Ipoh in November, expect Tokyo to be colder, temps between 19°C and 11°C.
