Ise

Drive from Hakuba-mura to Ise in 5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a train; or do a combination of flight and train. Traveling from Hakuba-mura in February, expect Ise to be a bit warmer, temps between 9°C and 7°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 7th (Fri) to allow enough time to travel to Miyakojima.

Miyakojima

A city jurisdiction formed after the merger of several towns in 2005, Miyakojima spans six linked-up islands.
Step off the beaten path and head to Shimojiiima Island and Higashi Hennazaki Lighthouse. Get in touch with nature at Ikema-jima Island and Yonaha Maehama Beach. Fly from Ise to Miyakojima in 7.5 hours. Expect much hotter weather when traveling from Ise in February: highs in Miyakojima hover around 24°C, while lows dip to 19°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 10th (Mon) to allow enough time to travel to Ishigaki.

Ishigaki
