Sarnia, Canada to Tokyo is an approximately 22-hour flight. Due to the time zone difference, you'll lose 14 hours traveling from Sarnia to Tokyo. Start off your visit on the 9th (Fri): find your balance on the water with some of the best stand-up paddleboarding in the area and then get interesting insight from Tours. Traveling by combination of flight and ferry from Tokyo to Iriomote-jima takes 7.5 hours. Plan for somewhat warmer nights when traveling from Tokyo in July since evenings lows in Iriomote-jima dip to 32°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 10th (Sat) so you can travel to Ishigaki.

Miyakojima

A city jurisdiction formed after the merger of several towns in 2005, Miyakojima spans six linked-up islands.
Get outdoors at Sunayama Beach and Toguchi no Hama. Relax by the water at Aragusuku Beach and Yonaha Maehama Beach. There's lots more to do: explore the gorgeous colors at Yabiji, take in the views from Irabu Ohashi, step off the mainland to explore Shimojiiima Island, and don't miss a visit to East Henna Cape.

Traveling by flight from Ishigaki to Miyakojima takes 2.5 hours. In July in Miyakojima, expect temperatures between 37°C during the day and 31°C at night. Finish your sightseeing early on the 15th (Thu) so you can travel to Kyoto.
