Sea of Galilee and Mount of Beatitudes are good opportunities to explore the local culture. Visit Mikhmoret Beach and Dado Beach for some beach relaxation. Explore the numerous day-trip ideas around Haifa: The Church of the Annunciation (in Nazareth) and Ralli museum, Caesarea (in Caesarea). At the northern extreme of the Red Sea sits Eilat, a resort town popular with domestic and international tourists.
You'll get in some beach time at Dolphin Reef and Migdalor Beach. Spend the 20th (Thu) among aquatic life with a scuba or snorkeling tour. There's still lots to do: get up close and personal with brilliant marine life at Underwater Observatory Marine Park, explore the striking landscape of Timna Park, look for all kinds of wild species at Coral Beach Nature Reserve, and race across the water with a speed boat tour.

Do a combination of train and flight from Haifa to Eilat in 3 hours. Alternatively, you can take a bus; or do a combination of train and bus. Expect somewhat warmer weather when traveling from Haifa in June: highs in Eilat hover around 46°C, while lows dip to 30°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 20th (Thu) so you can travel to Rishon Lezion.

Kick off your visit on the 23rd (Sun): see the interesting displays at Joe Alon Center - The Museum of Bedouin Culture, then brush up on your military savvy at ANZAC Memorial Center, then explore the ancient world of Shivta, and finally take in breathtaking views at Avdat National Park.
