Your inner history buff will appreciate Anne Frank House and Begijnhof. Escape the urban bustle at Kayaking & Canoeing and Emperor's Canal (Keizersgracht). Change things up with a short trip to Zandvoort aan Zee in Zandvoort (about 46 minutes away). Hoenderloo is a Dutch village located south west of the city of Apeldoorn. Visit Klooster Sint Agatha and Kasteel Doorwerth for their historical value. Change things up with these side-trips from Hoenderloo: Het Duivelshuis of Maarten van Rossumhuis uit 1518 (in Arnhem), Broederenkerk (in Deventer) and Kamp Westerbork (in Hooghalen). There's still lots to do: explore the wealth of natural beauty at Hoge Veluwe National Park, take in the spiritual surroundings of Cenakel kerk, stroll the grounds of Airborne Cemetery, and admire the striking features of Arnhem Central Station.

Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: enjoy the sand and surf at Strand Rockanje, make a trip to Markt, then tour the pleasant surroundings at SnowWorld, then take in the architecture and atmosphere at Maria van Jessekerk, and finally admire the landmark architecture of Maria Van Jesse Church.
