Step off the beaten path and head to Xetulul Theme Park and Xocomil. Take a break from Quetzaltenango with a short trip to Fuentes Georginas in Zunil, about 52 minutes away. Next up on the itinerary: contemplate the geological forces at Santa Maria Volcano, pause for some serene contemplation at Catedral del Espiritu Santo, make a trip to Central Plaza, and contemplate the waterfront views at Laguna Chicabal.
