The cultural, economic, and political center of the country, Vienna has developed from its early Celtic and Roman roots into a medieval and Baroque city, with an old town that was designated a World Heritage Site in 2001.
On the 14th (Sun), get outside with Donauinsel, hunt for treasures at Vienna Naschmarkt, then examine the collection at Imperial Palace (Hofburg), then stop by Xocolat, and finally take in the architecture and atmosphere at St. Stephen's Cathedral.

Despite its small size, Zell am See is a well-visited tourist destination known mostly as a ski resort town, and it serves as an important transportation hub for the region.
Kick off your visit on the 15th (Mon): look for gifts at SOPURE - Salt & Soaps, take in the awesome beauty at Schmittenhohe, then pause for some serene contemplation at Elisabethkapelle, and finally see the world from above with a helicopter tour. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: explore the activities along Lake Zell, then hit the slopes at Zell Am See, and then take in the architecture and atmosphere at St. Hippolyt.

Nestled between Lake Thun and Lake Brienz in the heart of the Jungfrau region, Interlaken became popular for its proximity to the mountains and lakes of the Bernese Oberland region.
