The largest national park in the Canadian Rockies, sprawling Jasper National Park encompasses more than 10,000 sq km (4,200 sq mi) of largely unspoiled mountain wilderness.
Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Maligne Lake and Sunwapta Falls. For shopping fun, head to Mountain Galleries or Experience Gourmet Living. When in Jasper National Park, make a side trip to see The Beaver Boardwalk in Hinton, approximately Hinton away. There's lots more to do: contemplate the waterfront views at Pyramid and Patricia Lakes, stroll through Marmot Basin Ski Area, and take in the awesome beauty at Mount Edith Cavell.

Quebec's economic and cultural capital, Montreal serves as the province's major point of entry, known for its rich history and high standard of living.
Notre-Dame Basilica and Place Jacques-Cartier will appeal to history buffs. Escape the urban bustle at Centre de la Nature Mont Saint-Hilaire and Chambly Canal. Step out of Montreal to go to Laval and see Carrefour Laval, which is approximately 30 minutes away.
