A city of rich Moorish heritage, Seville is the cultural and financial center of southern Spain, and the site of numerous festivals throughout the year.
Satisfy your inner culture vulture at Real Alcazar and Barrio Santa Cruz. Seville Museum of Fine Arts and Torre del Oro will appeal to museum buffs. There's lots more to do: admire the landmark architecture of Plaza de Espana, look for gifts at Productos de la Sierra, get outside with Estadio Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan, and take in the spiritual surroundings of Seville Cathedral (Catedral de Sevilla).

Getting from Cordoba to Seville by train takes about an hour. Other options: drive; or take a bus. In May in Seville, expect temperatures between 84°F during the day and 58°F at night. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 23rd (Tue) so you can go by car to Granada.
